The services provided by Ultimate Office Solutions (UOS) may change at its discretion at any time of the agreement. Services are provided during the hours of 8.30am to 5.30m Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays or at other times as negotiated. Clients will pay all charges provided by UOS at the rate indicated by UOS. UOS has the right to change these charges by giving one months’ notice in writing. Payment of invoice is due on the 1st of the month, late charges may apply. Should an account fall in excess of 2 weeks (10 working days) your agreement may be terminated without further notice. A reconnection fee of $140 will apply. Clients may not solicit the employment of UOS staff during their time with UOS, nor 12 month after ending the Agreement. In the event that a staff member takes employment with a customer, the customer must pay an introduction fee of 35% of the new actual wage. The customer should not make unreasonable demands on the services and staff of UOS. The customer will not abuse or mistreat (verbally or otherwise) any staff members. A security deposit of 1 months is to be held. The customer will be charged a once off set up fee of $140.00. Telephone calls and any other member services incurred at any of our centres will be billed monthly. To terminate your Agreement you must give 1 month notice in writing, prior to the end of the initial agreement period stated in the contract. Credit cards will be debited in advance on the 1st day of the preceding month automatically. To formalise the service, UOS requires a copy of the credit card, business registration and Card holder’s identification (passport or driver’s license), and fully refundable deposit plus the signed Agreement.
Mail will be processed as per instructions given to UOS and can either be automatically forwarded, advise and forward or held for collection Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm. Letters are held at your mailing address centre. You will be notified via email when parcels arrive (parcels as per Australia Post Standards). Collection must be made within 24 hours otherwise parcel storage charges apply. Forwarded Mail incurs an envelope charge and postage fee. With written authority mail can also be screened and forwarded via scan/email, charges apply.
The Go-Virtual Telephone service includes a CBD telephone number, and unlimited messages emailed and sent in real time with three details (i.e. name, email, telephone etc.). This package fee is inclusive of up to 3 contacts within your organisation. Additional contacts can be added to your organisation for a fee of $15.00 per month per contact and changes to your initial set up are $15.00 per amendment. HUNTER Street location – Plan includes cost of first 40 transferred calls and thereafter all transferred calls are charged at a flat .50 cents per domestic call. International calls are charged at international call rates.
Packages allots 45 or 75 hours per month access to the lounge or you can purchase a Day Pass. Should you want 24/7 access a refundable deposit is held and also a non- refundable 24 hour access key must be obtained. Hours not used are forfeited. It is client’s responsibility to track hours used within the allotted 45 or 75 hour packages. Should client usage extend beyond package allocated hour, client will be charged the hourly rate. Please note business lounge member access is provided on the following terms and can be cancelled by authorised UOS staff at any time. Guest passes are available for friends and family for a daily fee. Should a guest be allowed into the lounge without observing proper check in procedure, UOS reserves the right to charge the non-member daily rate of and/or cancel membership.
24/7 Access Is available when booking is made a minimum of 48 hours prior to the commencement of the booking. New clients booking outside of office hours must come in person and provide ID, deposit and meet with a customer service specialist prior to the 1st booking even if booked online. This procedure is necessary to gain access cards/keys for 1st visit.
Should client exceed booking times, client will be charged the prevailing hourly rates. The expectation is that professional business services will be conducted within UOS premises. UOS has the right to cancel membership and advise the appropriate authorities if professional business conduct is not observed. if client exceeds the booking time client will be charged the prevailing hourly rates. If a work space or a meeting room is not left tidy for the next client a minimum cleaning charge of $30 can be charged to client account. Please remove all your paper/office products, wipe the boards down and remove any food or coffee cups. UOS staff will refill the water jug/glasses and wipe down the tables. Please note the common areas, and business lounge are monitored via cameras as well as entry to and from the Ground Level lobby doors. If you use the bike racks or shower please be sure to use the services in a timely basis and do not leave your items/bike for an extended period of time or UOS can choose to cancel these privileges.
After booking online, you will receive an email confirmation from UOS containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. Please proceed with the email confirmation to the front desk at the selected center location.
