June has been yet another exciting and really busy month for the UOS management team as we reach the end of the financial year.
We are pleased to announce that we have secured space in 20 Bond Street to relocate our Hunter Business Centre. This relocation was precipitated by the government compulsory acquisition of the 55 Hunter Street location.
The design concept will be very similar to Hunter Street in terms of office space solutions including the business lounge and the co-work desks, adjoined by a cafe style kitchen and we will also be introducing some new exciting amenities as well.
The plan is to relocate in December of this year following an extensive fit-out. We look forward to servicing our Hunter clients at this new location and are proud to note that most of them have expressed their wish to come with us which speaks volumes for Michela, Frankie and the front office team.
In terms of the the Sydney office market, it continues to be buoyant with strong demand, particularly in the financial heart of the city centre resulting in a rapidly dwindling supply of CBD space. I look forward to sharing more about our 20 Bond Street location in the coming months.
